Formerly Chairman, CEO, and owner of Primus Technologies, Mr. Sullivan built one of the world’s leading manufacturers of mission‑critical electronics for aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial applications. After two decades, he sold Primus to Spartronics, creating a company with over $500 million in revenue and establishing the Primus campus as its global headquarters.


During his tenure, Primus achieved industry‑leading performance in profitability, quality, delivery, and employee retention, earning awards from Fortune 500 partners and recognition for community impact.


He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University, an MBA from the University of North Carolina's Kenan‑Flagler Business School, and he completed executive education at Harvard Business School.


Mr. Sullivan’s philanthropy centers on children’s welfare, education, and community health. He serves on the Board of Directors of Make‑A‑Wish Connecticut, and was a member of the Board of Trustees of Bucknell University, his alma mater, and the Board of Directors of Geisinger Health, where he chaired the finance committee of the $7 billion health system.
