Christopher B. Sullivan

Principal

Christopher B. Sullivan served as Chairman and CEO of Primus Technologies, a manufacturer of custom mission-critical electronics integrated into aerospace, defense, medical and industrial systems. Over nearly two decades, he led a transformation that delivered industry-leading EBITDA margins, award-winning quality, best-in-class safety, and extraordinary employee retention averaging ten years—2.5 times the U.S. median. In 2020, he directed Primus’s strategic sale to Spartronics, creating a combined enterprise with more than $500 million in revenue and establishing Primus’s campus as the headquarters for the entire company.

Primus’s electronics and systems were integrated into leading aircraft platforms, including Boeing’s, and supported global leaders such as Moog, Hologic, General Dynamics, and ABB across global OEM markets. In healthcare, Primus supported technologies including leading mammography systems and neonatal monitoring devices. Primus earned Supplier Quality of the Year after manufacturing 57,000 electronic assemblies with zero defects. Performance was further recognized with a $100 million flagship defense program award in 2017 and Raytheon’s Premier Partnership Awards in both 2017 and 2019.

Today, Mr. Sullivan leads his private family office, managing investments and engaging selectively with founders, CEOs, and boards. His philanthropic work focuses on children’s welfare, education, and community health. He serves on the Board of Directors of Make-A-Wish Connecticut and previously served on the Board of Trustees for Bucknell University and Board of Directors for Geisinger Health, where he chaired the Finance Committee of a $7 billion integrated health system.
